“Dr. Shir is simply one of the most professional health providers around. She is a consummate professional specializing in almost every dental procedure around. Dr. Shir treats you with the utmost respect and will never recommend unnecessary procedures. She provides you with sound advice and will always provide you with options. Many dentists will simply tell you that you need this procedure and I always felt that I was at the mercy of the dentist when sitting in his or her chair. Dr. Shir is simply not that way.
She is not only extremely knowledgeable in her line of work but is extremely knowledgeable about healthcare in general. She truly understands that each and every part of our body is interconnected and that your dental condition can and will affect other parts of your body.
After a simple dental checkup, Dr. Shir was able to determine that I had a chronic sinus infection that was directly related to a dental infection that I had. It took 10 years of unsuccessful doctor visits, allergy tests, and EMT exams before Dr. Shir finally found a solution for me. And now I am allergy free!!!
